2021 HOT OFF THE PRESS Lit­er­ary Read­ing, a pro­gram of the Fil­ipino Amer­i­can Inter­na­tion­al Book Fes­ti­val, and spon­sored by the San Fran­cis­co Pub­lic Library & PAWA, will go vir­tu­al this year, on Sat­ur­day, Octo­ber 9, 2021 Pacif­ic Time, from 5–6:30 p.m. The Zoom link will be announced, or check out the events sec­tion of sfpl.org lat­er on.

Get to know RANDY RIBAY – Randy Rib­ay is the author of An Infi­nite Num­ber of Par­al­lel Uni­vers­es, After the Shot Drops, and, most recent­ly, Patron Saints of Noth­ing—which received five starred reviews, was select­ed as a Free­man Book Award win­ner, and was a final­ist for the Nation­al Book Award, LA Times Book Prize, Walden Book Award, Edgar Award, Inter­na­tion­al Thriller Writ­ers Award, and the UK’s CILIP Carnegie Medal. Randy was born in the Philip­pines and raised in the Unit­ed States. He earned his BA in Eng­lish Lit­er­a­ture from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Col­orado at Boul­der and his Ed.M. in Lan­guage and Lit­er­a­cy from Har­vard Grad­u­ate School of Edu­ca­tion.
